Curriculum expectations, and what has not been covered yet
Observations can be tagged to a curriculum expectation as well as a behaviour indicator, which turns a term of taps into a coverage map: which strands have evidence for which students, and which do not yet.

Ontario is data, not code
Jurisdictions, curriculum revisions and behaviour frameworks are rows. A new revision of a ministry document is an import, not a release, and a school outside Ontario is a different seed rather than a different app.
